Apart from English communications for tourism and internal use, sign language is applicable among all the staff. Vibration Alarm Devices were installed in each room for emergence or other advance notice. The customer service staff was on call whenever the disabled guests pick up the phones in case of any emergence or room service in need. On the other hand, Zhongzheng First Police District Taipei City Police Department reinforced patrol in this area. Our services in each aspect are highly recognized by the committee members of Hotel Review for Deaflympics Taipei 2009, Taipei City Government Department of Information and Tourism.
